The nace ph Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and older, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. nace ph does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.
If nace ph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, that account will be immediately closed, the personal data deleted (subject to any legal hold obligations), and any deposits returned to the originating payment method after completion of the applicable investigation and verification process.
